Drink this soft, easygoing Cabernet over the next few years. | The colour and tannins of the wine are delicately extracted by employing traditional vinification methods and long maceration (20 days). The resulting wine combines power and refinement. It exhibits a deep purple-crimson robe, a nose of violets and ripe red fruits with hints of vanilla oak. A structured wine with an ample, round finish enhanced by liquorice tannins. | This Zinfandel is a bold wine grown from some of the oldest vines in California. Gnarly Head’s untamed vines produce full-flavored grapes, dense with aromas of blackberry bramble, juicy plum, and toasted oak. This medium-bodied wine boasts balanced acidity and supple tannins for those who like big wines with a little attitude. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
