Delivery

The delivery of orders within the city will be processed on weekdays (Monday to Saturday) within a maximum of 1 to 2 days after your payment is confirmed by our management.

For delivery of orders outside the city, we will process them according to the order area and they will be sent through an expedition service.

(Monday – Saturday)

Orders made within the city before 10:00 AM will be prioritized for same-day delivery.

To ensure that the products you order reach you as quickly as possible and in good condition, we collaborate with several trusted courier and expedition companies. The packaging of your ordered products will be ensured to be in good condition before being shipped.

Upon receiving your products, please make sure that they are in good condition and match your order. If the products are damaged or incomplete upon receipt, please return them to the courier immediately.

We do not accept returns after the products have been received by you. If the products you receive do not match your order, please contact our Customer Service immediately.

If no one is available to receive the ordered items at the location within 15 minutes after delivery, the order will be brought back.

Reshipment can be done with additional charges.
