Content | Brewed entirely with red sweet potatoes (aka imo) and sweet potato koji, this velvety shochu delivers a rich and sweet aroma, and a silky smooth palate. "Ikkomon" | The second release of Amahagan World Malt from Nagahama Distillery in Japan, Edition No.2 has been finished in ex-red wine casks. Aromas of sweet malt, digestive biscuits, raisins, plums, strawberries and raspberries fill the nose, complemented by notes of cranberries, toasted oak, cherries, cinnamon, black pepper and floral honey throughout the palate. | Marihana, which means “hop flower” in Japanese, has a delicate, citrusy hop aroma. With the contrast of its light golden hues and fluffy white head, this session IPA delivers a highly drinkable beer without sacrificing on flavor. The beautiful aroma and sophisticated bitterness, combined with the balance of hops, gives this beer everything one could want in an IPA, with a lower alcohol content for drinkability. | A fruity, floral blend of malts from the up-and-coming Nagahama distillery that has been finished in Yamazakura cherry wood casks. The palate offers notes of wild cherry blossom, sweet incense, orange peel and dark honey that linger in the finish. | By bringing out the signature refreshing taste and sweetness of Sokujo, the representative Sake production method of modern times, this Sake attains a flavor that is next to none when compared even with high-quality white wines. This is Fisherman Sokujo. The rock crab logo, one member of the blue crab, popular in countries around the world, and the vivid, deep red of the bottle symbolize the quality of the Sake | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
