The grapes for this Cabernet Sauvignon are harvested off "head trained" vines that resemble wild bushes with twisted old trunks and branches that spread out in all directions like unruly umbrellas - truly gnarly heads. These untamed vines produce full-flavoured grapes, with dense aromas of black cherry and juicy blackberry. | Pale salmon pink, with an onion skin color. Fresh, flavorful, and luscious, with a very good acidity. The aftertaste brings back notes of red fruits. It exhibits red and tropical fruit flavors with a medium aromatic intensity.
